Packaging

All products are vacuum-sealed and packed in food-grade packaging to maintain freshness and prevent damage during transit.

For temperature-sensitive items, we use insulated packaging during summers to ensure product quality.

Gift orders are packed in premium gift boxes with decorative wrapping at no additional charge (select gift wrapping at checkout).

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • An SMS with a tracking link to your registered phone number
  • An email with tracking details and estimated delivery date
  • Real-time tracking available in the "My Orders" section of your account

Delivery Attempts

Our logistics partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery fails after 3 attempts:

  • The order will be returned to our warehouse
  • A full refund will be initiated (minus COD charges, if applicable)
  • You will be notified via SMS and email

Important Notes

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, logistics delays, or high-demand periods (festivals, sales).
  • We currently do not ship internationally. India-only delivery.
  • For remote areas, delivery may take an additional 1–2 days beyond the estimated timeline.
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
